Limited 1 Year Warranty
Limited 1 Year Warranty is given to the original purchaser of our product in residential applications and are not transferable to subsequent owners. To be covered under our limited 1 Year warranty, you need to retain the original invoice or proof of purchase.
What is covered and for how long?
Greencastle Cabinetry warrants that all our cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid as long as you own your home and begins upon the date of delivery to you.
Greencastle will attempt to repair the defective material or do a one-on-one exchange if we are unable to correct the problem after reasonable number of attempts. These limited 1 year warranty do not include labor cost, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, handled and assembled.
What is not covered?
The Limited 1 Year Warranty do not cover conditions caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, and abuse
- Scratches caused by pets
- Normal wear and tear such as reductions in gloss, changes in colors (due to aging), marks, scuffs and scratches
- Damage caused by fire, flood, and other natural disasters and Acts of God
For claims, please call our customer service department at (626) 575-8226 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All claims or defects will be verified through proper inspection. Claims must be initiated during the warranty period.
