Returns and Replacement
Greencastle Cabinetry offers a hassle-free Return and Replacement Policy. Please check your order as soon as you receive them. We accept returns and replacement of damaged products under the following conditions:
- All return items must be in its original packaging
- All returned items would be inspected
- Photographs may be required for inspection
- Customer pays for the shipping fee
- 25% restocking fee
Greencastle guarantees that the product delivered are in good conditions and free of any damages. Please notify us immediately of any damages, wrong color, and missing accessories within 5 days upon receiving your order. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Greencastle values delivering products in perfect condition. We don’t, however, have any control of the package while they are in transit. We highly advise that you purchase a shipping insurance to cover your package especially for shipments outside California.
Not satisfied with finish/style of the cabinets?
We highly recommend that you order a sample door or visit our showroom before purchasing any cabinets. However, if you are not satisfied with the products delivered, you can return them as long as they are not assembled, free of damage, and in the original packaging.
Ordered the wrong size or extra item?
If you mis-measured your kitchen and ordered the wrong size or extra cabinet, just contact us to get a return and replacement authorization form. We charge 25% restocking fee and you will responsible for the return shipping.
