Coronavirus Response Update
Due to the continuous surge of the coronavirus in Los Angeles County, Greencastle Cabinetry will remain open from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm but with strict pickup and ordering policies in place. Our goal is to continue to stay open to serve everyone while providing a safe work environment for our employees. Please take time to read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below to learn about our new pickup and ordering policies.
We strongly encourage you to please practice social distancing procedure and stay at home, particularly if you are sick (even with common colds or fly) for the safety of our employees and other customers. We require all customers to wear a mask or face shield in our showroom and at our warehouses.

How do I send my order?
Please send your order to your sales rep through email at least a day or two prior to pick up. We encourage you to pay for the order in advanced before coming to pick up your order. All doors and accessories for frameless (European-style) orders takes at least two weeks to make. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. If you don’t have a sales rep yet, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I send my driver/installer to pick up an order?
Yes, you can send your driver or installer to pick up your order. Please give them a copy of the invoice before sending them to the warehouse, so they know which order are they picking up. They can go to the front desk if they need a copy of the Packing Slip by showing the Invoice Number. A quote or sales order is not a valid proof of purchase, warehouse needs to see a paid copy of your invoice before they can release any order.
Can I pay for my order and pickup on the same day?
We strongly encourage you to send your order in advanced to your sales rep, so they can check the stock availability. This is to avoid waiting in line for too long and overcrowding the showroom.
Where can I pickup my order?
Pickup locations depend on your order. Please ask your sales rep for the pickup address for your specific order. If you need a Packing Slip, please show the copy of the Sales Order or Invoice to the front desk located at 1418 Potrero Ave South El Monte, CA 91733. Please don’t send your driver or installer without any reference such as company name, customer id, quote number, sales order number and invoice number. A quote or sales order is not a valid proof of purchase, warehouse needs to see a paid copy of your invoice before they can release any order.
What time can I pick up my order?
Pickup is between Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. All the warehouses are open on lunch hour, except the frameless cabinet factory (9852 Max Shapiro Way South El Monte and 1419 Potrero Ave South El Monte). These two warehouses are closed between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch break. Please make sure you have a copy of your invoice ready before going to the warehouse for pickup. A sales order is not a valid proof of purchase, warehouse needs to see a paid copy of your invoice before they can release any order.
I’m a General Contractor, can I send my client to view the showroom?
Showroom will remain open for viewing, but you should be responsible in assisting your customers if they have any questions with the products. Our sales rep won’t be able come out in the showroom to answer questions for safety reasons. You should be responsible in learning about our products prior to offering them to your respective clients. For designs and request for estimates, please email them to your sales rep in advanced.
How can I get samples?
Sample doors are available for purchase and subject to availability. Please ask your sales rep with regard to their availability.
Can I get help with kitchen and bath cabinet design?
Absolutely! Please send it to your sales rep with complete details as much as possible such as wall measurements, ceiling height, exact size and location of appliances, window, and location of plumbing and gas. To save time, please send us a hand sketch of your layout NOT the architectural blueprint. If you don’t have a sales rep, please email us at email@example.com.
